Born in Lowell Massachusetts. He started oil painting at age ten and spent may years studying under New England painters. A graduate of the Museum School of Fine Arts Boston, and currently studying in the Boston School tradition at The Ingbretson Studio of Drawing & Painting.

Michael's paintings are in numerous private collections throughout the western world. He's represented at The Banks Gallery in New London, NH, Exhibited work at The Guild of Boston Artists, along with other galleries nationally and internationally.
