I'm a self taught artist and my primary medium is oil. I prefer a 16th century oil glaze painting technique than a "straight from the tube" approach to my art.
While I'm mainly a figurative artist, I lean more towards the emotional and somewhat surreal side of life. Occasionally I'll dabble in mixed media, mainly encaustics.
