A little bit about the artist~ Wendy Middlemass is a New England artist who lives in the northwest Litchfield Hills of Connecticut. Her love of painting and drawing have been a lifelong affair. Wendy began drawing as a small child from the time she could grasp a pencil. She also began taking lessons early on in Watercolor at age 6, and later lessons also in Oils. A little bit about the artist~ Wendy Middlemass is a New England artist who lives in the northwest Litchfield Hills of Connecticut. Her love of painting and drawing have been a lifelong affair. Wendy began drawing as a small child from the time she could grasp a pencil. She also began taking lessons early on in Watercolor at age 6, and later lessons also in Oils. Wendy studied at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT,and then some ten plus years later she pursued a career in commercial art at The Connecticut Institute of Art in Greenwich, CT, graduating first in her class. Some notable artists she has studied under include Steve Smulka, Dmitri Wright, William Krasnoborski and Herb Greene. Her paintings have been shown in galleries and shows throughout the New England region.
