For me, painting is a way to really see and experience the magnificent beauty in life and in the natural world. The universe is just bursting with movement and energy, brilliant colors, and dazzling light. As an artist I see these things all around me, all the time.

I specialize in abstract ornamental paintings and genuine gold leaf illumination. I draw much of my personal inspiration from Mythology, Folklore, and Fairy Tales, while my subjects derive from my direct experience of Nature and Dreams.

My deepest artistic influences are Gustav Klimt, Alphonse Mucha, Yoshitaka Amano, and Vincent Van Gogh.
