The main subject of my art has always been a human figure - the movement, expression, interaction of human forms.
In 90s I executed my works mostly with white lines on dark background. In those compositions I used line as a minimalistic mean for delivering my thoughts and vision.
In 2000s I began applying digital effects to my drawings. I wanted to enrich a simple line and make it look more complex, thus through that complexity create a new kind of form.
I call these works “digitally embellished pencil drawings”.
