I've been painting longer than I care to remember. Several years ago I hit the wall. I decided I needed have a focus for my painting. The one subject that I never get tired of painting is the human face. So I made that the main thing. I still paint other subject matters occasionally but as the saying goes
"The main thing, is to keep the main thing, the main thing" Lately I've been painting lots of Saints and clowns. Saints because, they come with their own ready made symbolism. Clowns because if you like to paint faces then painting a painted face is double the fun.
