I have been interested in photography as long as I can remember. I always loved the fact that with every click of the shutter button I am preserving a slice of time in history. My main goal with my photography is to put a smile on the viewers face as well as leaving them with a sense of belonging to the image themselves. I also enjoy looking at old photographs, and try to imagine what was happening in that slice of time in history.

My main goal with my photography is to put a smile on the viewers face as well as leaving them with a sense of belonging to the image themselves. I also enjoy looking at old photographs, and try to imagine what was happening in that slice of time in history.


My first camera was a Kodak 110 camera that used magic cubes for flash. When I was a teenager I received a Pentax K1000 for Christmas. I then through the years purchased several different 35mm cameras. My first quality digital camera was the Olympus E-10 followed by the E-500, and then the Sony a100. I have now added one more weapon to my arsenal with my purchase of a Nikon D5000.

I am always learning new things in photography as it has become an ever changing field with all the new technologies of the digital format. My hope is that the viewer enjoys my travels in this ever changing field.
