my work is self taught. i was a freelance graphic designer, cartoonist and illustrator. now i paint my own work which i describe as "artoons", a combination of my strenghs turned into paintings. i have created this world of symbolic spirited characters, and they come with a message. i make them with the intention of finding the right owners. they speak to the people that hear them. i know this may sound strange. but if nothing else, sometimes they will just make a person smile. i like to capture some kind of emotion or deeper realm in the expressions.
