Born and raised on the south coast of England, I moved to Ireland in my early twenties. I now reside in the town of Westport, on the Atlantic coast.



The landscape here has inspired me to move on from my original Pentax and Nikon SLRs to enjoy the benefits of digital photography. I can now often be seen with a camera in hand, although it's often sheltered from the rain inside my jacket. However, the breaks in the Irish weather are well worth the wait.



I don’t concentrate on one specific genre or subject, and almost anything could be found in my gallery from time to time. However, the main focus is of the county of Mayo where I live, along with a spattering of travel photography (the UK, USA, South Africa and Southeast Asia being amongst the locations).
