Zairia fully recognizes that a misplaced finger or an unflattering pose often spells the difference between a terrific or horrific final image -- so getting everything right before the shutter is clicked is her main philosophy. Zairia excels at capturing the 40's and 50's looks through creative use of wardrobe and styling, recreated lighting and spectacular direction of her subjects.
Zairia has been inspired by the incredible artwork of several creators of the original pinup art and style...namely Alberto Vargas, Gil Elvgren, Rolf Armstrong, Art Frahm and Greg Hildebrandt.
