Robert Murphy

I started with photography long ago in high school when I traded my drumset for a Nikon FG. With my grandfather's help, we built a darkroom in the basement and I spent my summers shooting and developing.

Film is still my passion, however I shoot mostly digital now... occasionally doing work for Competitor (Triathlete Magazine, Inside Triathlon, etc.) and various neighbors that get to know me.

My second passion is painting and I'm working on setting up a studio to really dedicate time to it. Meanwhile, I get inspired by all the art produced by fellow artists on this site.
