Johannes Wessmark is a self-taught painter mastering watercolor and pencils as well as computer-graphics. Besides his work as a traditional artist, with exhibitions all over Sweden and now in USA, he has also been working with 3D-graphics since the late nineties.
"I have always been passionate making pictures in one or another way. I have discovered the secrets in making cartoons. For a period of time I also learned painting portraits. As I bought my first computer in the nineties I started up with digital painting. For the last 10 years I have been working with 3D-stills and animation in my one-man-company Wessmark Illustration"

Although he has spent lots of time experimenting with different kinds of media, color-pencils have always been his favorite-tool.
