I'm a UK based photographer, currently living in Cheshire though
I've lived in many other areas in the past (Yorkshire, Lancashire, Wiltshire, Norfolk, Durham, Edinburgh, London ...). We moved around a lot when I was a child, and I seem to have followed the style in adult life.
My monochrome photography has been exhibited in the UK and France, including in the monochrome section of the inaugural Swansea International Photographic Exhibition in the UK, and the Hype Gallery in Arles. Much of my monochrome work is sold as Limited Edition Giclee prints and so is not available here.
I've also had a number of articles and images published in photographic books and magazines in recent years, appearing in 'Black and White Photography', 'Mono', and 'Digital Photography' magazines, and selected for three editions of 'Best of Friends', an annual yearbook of monochrome photography.
I'm also involved with the
Lower Moss Wood Wildlife Hospital and Educational Nature Reserve, including the organisation of an art auction on their behalf.
Finally, I'm also a member of the
Rogue Gene Collective - a group of artists in the UK acting as a mutual support group.
