I'm originally from New York and have lived more recently in California and Nevada. I've been working as a Special Education teacher over the last twenty years. I found that art was the best form of expression for my students.

I started studying art very young and was always painting or sketching. I began drawing people's faces and then painting watercolor landscapes. I'm currently working on writing and illustrating for children's books. I use a variety of mixed media with rich colors and textures to capture a beautiful landscape or moment.
