I have been taking local wildlife photographs for several years now, accompanied by my husband of 25 years. We love to hike and search for birds and other wildlife. I use a Nikon D300s with a 300mm 2.8 lens and a 1.7 TC. I like to bring my lens as close to the nature and wildlife as possible without disturbing it, and find those to be the best shots. I sincerely enjoy going out every day in search of wildlife, and my husband is becoming as addicted to it as I am.
