A recent layoff from my job of fourteen years has caused me to step back and look at the things that matter to me. Having been on the job treadmill for so long my love for art and photography has taken a back seat. Experiencing the simple joy of producing something from that sleeping creative well inside me is a truly nourishing experience. I am learning what it means to be me and I like it.
