Born March 4th 1950 in Neenah Wisconsin. The artist has lived most of his life in Green Bay where he attended highschool and private art school at Sweetland Design. Upon completing his schooling in fine art he has pursued a career from 1970 till the present. Schultz works in most painting mediums. His style consists of realism, abstract, and impressionism.
