I have always loved photography, drawing and painting, among other creative endeavors. I am a self taught artiist, though I have taken a few classes through the years. Other interests such as reading, genealogy, hiking, nature, geology and environmental issues are often reflected in my work, although I like to experiment with anything that catches my interest.
I enjoy working with Mixed Media, and Bead and Jewelry making as well. I have been working with recycled materials in creating artwork, and would love to learn to weld and make outdoor sculptures from recycled finds.
