Garrett Anthony Scanlan

Born in Dublin,Ireland in 1955, I have had an interesting and adventurous career as an Executive Chef- I have been fortunate enough to have worked all over Europe and the US. Over the years I have owned several criticly acclaimed restaurants. Upon opening those restaurants my wonderful wife of 30+ years - Stella-
persuaded me to hang my own paintings on the walls.
To my delight they began to sell as quickly as I could paint them!
Although I paint many subjects my love affair with my homeland still burns strong and I love sharing those images -and memories- with others.
