I am a native Louisianian but have lived in Los Angeles for the past 44 years. I've loved art all of my life. At an early age I started sketching & coloring with crayons and writing poetry. My hobbies are painting, all mediums and writing. I have a love for Folk Art because I can bring my childhood back to life. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and went through surgery, chemo and the whole bit. Thereafter, It seem that my painting and writing skills improved tremendously.
