Description This is Nusta's Bedroom walls made of dry-stone. The Incas were masters of this technique, called ashlar, in which blocks of stone are cut to fit together tightly without mortar. The Incas were among the best stone masons the world.
Andrea Brunson, Seattle Member Since October 2008 Artist Statement For many years I have dabbled in photography using my 35mm Minolta SLR camera. However, I have started taking digital photos and love my immediate results. Currently I purchased a Sony Digital SLR A200 camera. I was able to use it while I was in Peru this September 2008. I took some amazing photos of Machu Picchu and Peruvian locals. I posted them here on Imagekind and will also post on my website: www.andreabrunson.com
