DescriptionThe image is of a concept colored pencil illustration I made of an African games’ reserve and of two little boys sitting at the edge of the reserve, near the road, on a stomp and observing game and the image was photographed, by me, using a multi-dimension camera.
Henry Usidame, Baltimore Member Since December 2010 Artist Statement I am a male teacher living in America, I am 39 years old and I am married with children and I like painting and have a huge flare for colored pencil art. I have been making art for twenty years and my exhibition is due soon. I am a fine artist and I get my inspiration from my environment and from my travels through the length and breadth of Africa. I seek to present the many faces of African art to the world. A large part of the money from the sales is sent to Africa to various aid agencies responsible for the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV.
