I like the expression it makes my spirit sing. When I am out in nature, I hear it singing. I have a need inside me, of a certain joy – creating images is an expression of joy, that I feel. I hope everybody has that feeling inside. I am grateful to have that feeling inside me which often sings. Being connected to the bigger larger picture of the earth, world, humankind.
I feel that my photographing things – makes a difference to me and give me great satisfaction. Life feels rich with it. It makes life more interesting and fulfilling.
My goal is to create a visual intervention in everyday life as we know it. Works that act as a diversion and allows us to take brief moments out of our busy everyday lives and think about something else. This visual intervention begs us to dream and prepares us to see the unseen beauty in everyday life. Through photography, I hope to show that the the world we live in becomes a universe of possibility, with out barriers to us all.
