Description This peacock kept walking towards me, towards our jeep, as I perched myself on the door jamb and balanced against the open door. It was a country road with no traffic and I was losing the light. Before he decided to move on, this guy gave me a couple of nice poses, this one is my favorite. I like the psuedo vignetting in the center of the frame and the way that the earth tones set off the brilliant plumage. I'm actually glad I did not get the typical fan-tail of many peacock photos I have seen.
