Artist Statement I have been doing this type of drawing my entire life. In the late 1970's, I started saving my drawings vice giving them away. And the old adage about things being stored in an old shoe box is close; I was using a Du Pont Imaging Systems box to store my pieces. My drawings stayed in the box until 2006, when I moved to a little community 30 minutes south of St. Louis, Missouri. The house I lived in was very large with a lot of just empty wall space. It was then that I decided to hang some of my pieces. I put the house up for sale in 2007, so that I could return to Nevada. Some of the people that came to look at the house would return and say "we're not interested in the house, but could we come in and look at your art"? And some of these same people would come by and bring family and/or friends that were visiting from out of state so they could see my art. It was this experience that precipitated me finding an avenue to display my drawings. So, please take a look and I hope your enjoy.
