Description Inspired by a trip to Saint Netan's Glen in Cornwall, UK. Nestled in the cleft of a valley, the waterfall cascaded into a perfectly round rock pool, sunlight filtered through dense green undergrowth. Mother Nature at her most serene.

The patterns underlying life and reality have always fascinated me as a mathematician and artist. Why are they there? What for? What do they mean? Why and how can we use them? Essentially my passion is symbolism, but from a multifaceted perspective - looking at the science behind numbers, shapes, light and colours as well as their use as symbols and tools in the Arts and in spirituality. Or, the alchemy in art.!
Creative and numerate my studies included art, mathematics and management sciences; 20 years in marketing and product management and then the last 14 years as an international author of 'The Gateway Series' and as an artist. It is liberating to express myself in the visual arts. My art is a personal expression of symbolism and spirituality; a common heritage of all cultures and I hope you enjoy my interpretations of this wonderful subject.
