Description The River Jordan is approx 250 miles long and flows into the Dead Sea. It is at the same time the eastern border of the State of Israel and the Israeli-occupied West Bank and the western border of Kingdom of Jordan. The water of the Jordan is an important resource to the drylands of this region. Above that, this river holds an importance in philosophy and religion, far beyond this economical point of view. But now enjoy our painting of Reflections in River Jordan.
M Bleichner, Munich, Bavaria Member Since January 2012 Artist Statement We from artshop77 are promoting art from 2 painters, two creative souls, which are focused on transfering memories into art, views into paintings, perspectives into color. We both grew up in the countryside of Bavaria, Germany and live now near Munich. Our inspirations come from trips and journeys - Memories and special places which we then transform to canvas.
