Artist Statement Hey there! I'm Lauren. I am a self taught photographer/digital artist/painter. Most of my art stems from what's around me- I love architecture and flowers. I photography those two categories a TON. I love to travel and so many of my photographs are of places all over the world. I am only just now learning how to digitally paint, so there isn't a whole lot of that up on this site yet.
I love to experiment with color, texture, angles, and grain. I like to manipulate many of the photographs I take, but some I leave completely alone-it all depends on the mood I'm in and the feelings I'm trying to evoke. I hope you enjoy the art I have showcased here, and since I'm new to image kind, this is only the start!!!
