Description Rough Ridge Grandfather Mountain Blue Ridge Parkway - Remains of the DayThe last of the day's light from Rough Ridge on the side of Grandfather Mountain along the Blue Ridge Parkway in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I shot this landscape while scouting out fall color in the Grandfather Mountain area last week. While there was some fall foliage, it was the light in this scene that caught my eye more. Those of you who know my work know that I almost always work in color, and this is only my second BW landscape ever. Faves and Comments are appreciated! Hope you enjoy it! ;-)
