Description In 1824 Roxbury Mills bridge was built on the Antietam creek at Roxbury, Md, a small settlement, in Washington County. It became the site for Roxbury Rye whiskey distillery which became a national brand by 1900. Only ruins remain.
John Gensor, sykesville Member Since September 2008 Artist Statement I have just retired, January 2012, and I am now taking up my passion, HDR Photography. I use a Canon50D digital camera, mounted on a tripod with a cable release to get rock steady images. Each picture can comprise over 12 indivual photos, which is combined useing Photomatix and Photoshop CS5 to get breath taking details.
