Bus Stop, Canal Street

Digitally enhanced photography taken in 2003 of a person in a bus stop on Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a child my family made many trips through N.O. on the way to the Gulf for beach vacations. it was always great fun to stop through, visit shops in the French Quarters, stroll through the market near the Quarter, visit Central Grocery for a muffuletta sandwich, and for dessert stop at Cafe du Monde for a beignets for desert. Street performers, best food anywhere, artists, tourists, and jazz fans. That's still New Orleans!

Cote de Azur

Print from one of the few large acrylic paintings that I've completed on watercolor paper. The painting was displayed and sold at the Gem Theater and Gallery in Heber Springs, Arkansas in 2002. Fawn with pal

The Fawn with Pal photography was such an endearing experience. In the spring of 2006, one of my dad's friends had found this fawn with no mother. It's eyes were almost sealed shut from infection and it was near starvation. He picked up the little animal and brought it home to nurse back to health. Luckily, he already had a round the clock nursing staff in his 3 or 4 jack russels to look after the little deer.
