Took 2 days non stop for the computer to complete the Abstract creation I designed. The design itself took 2 months to create and has the knitted fabric texture/textile detail I enjoy creating. This creation looks like a Knitted Cap, hence its name. Below you can see a close up of the detail.

Ferns and Flowers ~ Abstract

Ferns and Flowers is designed by using Apo with my MA. Light, metallic with a lacy feel. It comes in two back ground colors, the Black you see here and white. And this is what it looks like in close up with the white back ground.

I have been wanting to create a piece with more detail but not so much it takes me a week to Render it. I came up with this, though I don't have the depth quite the way I was hoping for, it is a start. For some reason I was thinking of those Gyroscopes, you know the ones you see in the movies, fancy devices that keep what ever craft you were in from spinning off into the unknown. So here is my abstract version. A Close up and of course these pieces are best seen very large.

Working off my previous fractal algorithms, I have created this piece I call, Golden Medallion. Little off center, not quite perfect, like a medallion or coin would be when found with sunken treasure.

Woven Tapestry ~ Abstract

Render of, 5 days, 2 hours and 56 minutes is what it took to get this level of detail. I wanted it to look like hand knitted or woven fabric in fine detail. Adding to that.. the power outage and the computer that black screened, making me start the render over mid way, twice. Thank goodness I save my parameters. Am an Artist located in NW Oregon. Meteors ~ Abstract

Meteor is my most recent Abstract creation using Apo2.09 and my M.A. This piece is best seen close up and large, it doesn't look as dark and you can see all the fine detail. Below is a small close up of part of the piece

Sea Star in Abstract

My computer took two full days non stop to render this creation of mine. It is based on the last fractal I did, with some added numbers and adjustments,I used with AP3. In the close up shot you can see the extensive detail. At a distance I think it looks something like an Abstract Sea Star but close up, looks like woven fabric. This is best seen close up.

Dream Catcher ~ Abstract

I am making a small collection of mini Julian Fractals. This one I have renamed,"Dreamcatacher" because a few wonderful people thought it looks like one. It is best seen large. And was created with AP2.09 using my mathematical algorithms.

Burnished ~ Abstract

Adding a few numbers and adjustments to my mini Julian, this is what I came up with. Kind'a star like, with deep jeweled tones. I used AP2.09 using my own mathematical algorithms and photoshop with this creation. Best seen in a larger size.

Was thinking of a Flower Garland and this is what I came up with using AP2.9 with my own mathematical algorithms. Not sure if I like AP2.9, bit different than the other versions.

Compass Rose ~Abstract

This is a mini Grand Julian, not as fancy as many do but good for what I can create, for now. Rather suprised they came out at all this time. There are two to this set and you will be able to see how different the same creation can be with a bit different shading and background color. This one reminded me of a Compass Rose, hence its Title. The dates I put on my pieces are my end date, when the creation is finished. Sometimes I don’t like how it is turning out but I will save it for another day, which often adds clarity. And some of the pieces I do, I will work on for months before I deem it ready. Using my M.A. numbers. Both will be best seen best large. Am an Artist in NW Oregon.

Puzzles ~ Abstract

Here's something a little different. Something more square and angled, rather like a fun and unusual puzzle. I created this from my own Mathematical Algorithms using AP2.9

Agglomeration~ Abstract Galaxies

With this creation, I used similar numbers from my own mathematical algorithms, that I used in the last Galaxy Abstract. But this time I used a little twist and designed a fun and colorful fantasy of young galaxies beginning to spin out on their own.

Nautilus ~ Abstract

Again I wanted to work with a circle and did my best to add little waves within the rings of the circles. While I like the detail I did with this one, I was unable to get the color the way I wanted. Seems to have a mind of its own. LOL I used AP2.09 and take pride in using my own Mathematical Algorithms. Am an Artist located in NW Oregon.

Sari ~ Abstract

Perspective

I took a number of Sunset photos one night. When it came to put them on the computer.. I kept looking at this photograph. Because of the angle of the lens and the way the dark trees looked... it seemed to me, I was looking down at Earth from Orbit... maybe from a giant forest shaped space ship! Who knows but I love the difference of this photo enough to offer it for sale. Photo taken with my Evolt 510 camera.
