This is a commisioned portrait of a local Philippine dog, an 'Askal'. He is in fact a very lucky dog because he was saved ,by an animal welafre group, from the dog meat trade in the Philippines. Fortunately he has been adopted and his new owners love him to bits. A very fortunate dog.
