Artist Statement I have loved photography my entire life. When I was a little girl, I also said I wanted to become a photographer. Well, I grew up and it didn't seem like a practical job. So I went to college and got a bachelor's in sales/marketing. Now, how I wish that I would have followed my dreams. My boyfriend bought me my first SLR digital camera for Christmas, and I'm having an absolute ball reading books, and playing with my camera. He also got me Adobe Elements, and I absolutely love manipulating pictures and turning them into my works of art. I love black & white photography, landscapes, cityscapes, and pictures of my two dogs.

I really do wish that I would have made a career out of photography. But I'm dabbling in it now and having one hell of a time.
