Artist Statement Bambi Rogers- Watercolor Artist
Bambi Rogers, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania resides in Jackson GA with her husband of 30 years. With an undergraduate study in Fine Arts and a work career in Architectural Rendering and Electrical Design she is now fully engaged in her love of painting. She paints from nature, countryside landscapes and seascapes. You can find her works of art and stained glass at Generations Gallery in Indian Springs, Jackson GA. Always a studio artist she was currently introduced to and enjoys Plein Air painting, (painting in the open air). Bambi took 2nd place awards in both the spring and again in the fall 2010 Plein Air events. You can also see selections of her watercolors in her 2 books, "Nurturing Creativity" 2009 and "Nurturing Passion" 2010.
