Artist Statement I am a retired cabinetmaker and laminator. I started painting in 2001 as a winter time hobby. I have never had any art instruction, so my guidance has been from books, TV painting shows and the internet. I previously painted oil on canvas, but I am now using acrylic paint on canvas and wood.
