Artist Statement Isabel Vieira left her piano studies while a teenager to follow her dream of a career as Fashion Designer. She graduated with distinction in Design and from 1991 has her own brand (isabelvieira) specializing in women clothing and party dressing. She belongs to the new wave of Portuguese Fashion Designers who since the beginning of the 90’s developed new trends in the Portuguese fashion scene, making it noticed in Europe by its personality and uniqueness.At the same time, from 1999, has developed a parallel activity as a photographer using the alias Bé David, working mainly in fashion and advertisement evaluating to digital and conceptual art.
