Artist Statement Well i m a hobbyist sketcher. Drawing fascinated me from childhood. Drew some portraits during my teenage years but they were not good enough, but started drawing again last year. It seems i am improving day by day and hence more inspired to draw and will keep posting regularly.
I have started sketching in my teenage years and tried to draw a portrait of Amir Khan, people could recognize it but it wasn't that good. Then i drew portrait of Deepika Padukone but that also was not enough. Last year i started drawing again after a gap of 5 years and recognized that drawing is my love. I started with Kate Winslet then Tom Hanks and gladiator (Russell Crowe) only with a HB pencil and they were really good. So i was motivated and moved on to other shades of pencils, then i drew the characters from the Saw movie and also Bruce Lee and then i explored with various materials and also with various drawing papers, find out the best combination of these which suited me and then i drew the Messi drawing, Shaolin Monk and Leonardo Dicaprio. And i myself am really really surprised that i progressed so much just within a year!! I am now so inspired that will keep drawing regularly and also posting. Hope you really liked my drawings also enjoyed them. any critics and suggestions are always welcome.
