DescriptionThis piece is symbolic of the various struggles I have experienced within myself, my family, and the world. It is a statement about the power of pain and how silence can be lethal. I created this as a way to express my deep suffering from the chaotic turbulence and rage that filled me after reflecting on thoughts of untimely death and destruction.

ARTIST BIO: Nicholle Lovely, San Francisco Bay Area transplant brings her unique perspective of goddess, earth, love, sickness, and pain, and the intersections of these phenomena.
Not just a sister to someone living with HIV/AIDS, a daughter of a cancer survivor, intimately aware of sexual transgression, she herself is a witness to life double edges and depicts these in her art, poetry, as well as within her professional practice.
Nicholle takes the spaces where these lines blur and blasts them with rich colors and a lot of heart. These are the earth's chakras: those vital points that demand attention for healing to take place.
Some of her art depicts elements of metaphysics, the divine feminine, and universal consciousness in a unique and refreshing way that will inspire thought, progress, and a positive force for Life.
