Description Surreal Lobsters is a surreal series that is 1 of 5. Based on graphic design principles, I tried to create art in a surreal manner. The original piece was 6 layers of the work printed out on transparency paper, placed between plexi-glass and put in a black box with an aquarium light to show depth. I used automated writing when creating this piece and used the writing to create texture within the piece. Surreal Lobsters was a mixed media piece using marker, colored pencil and digital art.
