Description The Clermont Building is located at 295299 Wall Street, Kingston, NY, USA. This late 19th century commercial building retains the metal cresting on its slate mansard roof, a decorative feature often removed from many buildings of its era. The second floor has high ceilings with two murals of David and Goliath by an unknown artist.The Clermont is located in The Kingston Stockade District, which is an eight-block area in the western section of Kingston, New York, United States, commonly referred to as Uptown Kingston. It is the original site of the mid-17th century Dutch settlement of Wiltwyck, which was later renamed Kingston when it passed to English control.The Stockade District is one of only three original Dutch settlements in New York surrounded by stockades where the outline of the stockade is still evident due to the raised ground.Photographed in Kingston, New York, USA.Composed in Photoshop with layer, adjustments, and textures. Her work brings back the origin of emotional experience once connected to the remains of history so highly regarded in this area of New York. Pamela brings back that feeling of "stepping back in time" through artistic creations of her photography.
