Artist Statement Ive had a keen interest in photography and interesting images for as long as I can remember. When I started eventually growing up I studied photography in college which expanded my interests into various genres such as portraits and close ups which were relatively new to me. My main interests are landscapes, close ups, very dark and moody images with lots of contrast.

Over the years ive done a bit of travel and im never without a camera because the opportunity of a lifetime only lasts the lifetime of the opportunity…

To me photography is one of the most efficient methods of expressing yourself or changing how another person feels towards a subject or about themselves, all without saying a single word. If by viewing a photograph you feel slightly lifted or better than you did before seeing it, then the magic has already worked.

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you soon.

Chris
