Description This tiger cub was cared for by a friend and lived on a preserve in Florida. His name is Jamiah. He was a gentle creature, until he grew into a full-grown tiger and learned how to roar. He never forgot his early caregiver, however, and always remained gentle with her whenever she came to visit him. I had the honor of meeting him. From an original watercolor painting of mine. To view a slide show of the real Jamiah as a grown adult tiger, go to my website/blog: http://www.nanwrightart.com and in the Blog section go to archive of The Real Jamiah.
