Description I took this picture of Basseterre harbor from the Bay Road promenade. I cropped it and enhnanced the colours to put it in balance and to remove it from the ordinary. The highest mountain in the background is on the island of Nevis about 10 miles away. This harbor has seen many naval battles and pirate activity.
