Description The remarkable diversity of trilobites in the Devonian period, commonly known as the 'age of fish'. Trilobites are extinct arthropods, related to crabs and pill bugs, that lived in the oceans long before dinosaurs existed. They were one of the oldest groups of sea creatures, and by the Devonian they included many strange and wonderful forms. Sharks and giant armored fish were also common.
Nima Sassani Member Since June 2009 Artist Statement I am a paleo-artist specializing in dinosaurs (though I also illustrate many other extinct life forms). I have been drawing dinosaurs with a passion for several years, and work with various media in a high degree of realism.
Now I bring to you the best of the best - the most exceptional pieces of prehistoric art in my portfolio that have made it through my exacting standards repeatedly. Though I have many interests aside from dinosaurs, I think that commercially available high-quality prints of ACCURATE dinosaur art are LONG overdue.
This is a truly unique level of kind of art, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it. Welcome to the Paleo Kingdom!
