Description 16 x 20 oil rendered from my mind's eye of a fictitious place - a winter scene featuring a moonlit sky and an adorable snowman with fresh footprints around him. One can envision the family settling into the cabin for the night, peaceful and drinking hot chocolate!

ABOUT ME: I began my art career about seventeen years ago and am able to devote full time to my work. I have had the pleasure of being in many shows and fairs including a month-long solo exhibition. I’ve also enjoyed completing several commissioned pieces including pet portraits and house renderings. Currently, much of my business is devoted to providing art instruction for groups or individually. The mediums I use currently are colored pencil and watercolor pencil and graphite. I also have an extensive body of work in oil. In my style of realism, I am inspired to create art from that which holds beauty for me - beautiful sunsets, lakes, rivers, flowers, pets, nature scenes and portraits - or anything that captures my attention including my own imagination. It is my hope that my work moves the viewer emotionally and/or brings a feeling of peace and tranquility. If it does, then I've done my job. Thanks for stopping by!
