Artist Statement I was born in Kalamazoo, Mich. 1956. I will always remember the seasons there, especially Winter.

I have lived in Florida most of my life. I like nature, sci-fi & fantasy and I am chiefly inspired by 'mindscape' music- prog rock, classical, mediaevel music, electronic music and new age.

For the last few years I have become fascinated with images I see of the British Isles- the landscape, the ruins and the gardens. I include this imagery in my work frequently along with snow and strange plants.

I like to paint and draw spontaneous biomorphic imagery and the landscape with the seasons is important to me, also.
