Artist Statement Born in Canada, immigrated with my parents at age five to the United States. Currently living in Michigan with my husband, doberman, and two cats. Have three daughters, son-in-laws, and six grandchildren. Life is GOOD!

Started painting watercolors and did not stop. Love the media-the way water works with the paint is so much fun. The various paintings I have done are very different. Have started a series of paintings of the Chicago Tender houses. These are the drawbridge houses on the Chicago river. Each one is different and unique. Have also started painting children, a subject that is always entertaining and endearing.
