Artist Statement I think of my camera as a brush.

Most of the images I work with are abstract in feeling, but are actual digital images of objects, not the product of splicing multiple images to create something new. I keep re-looking at objects in different light or from a different perspective to create a composition. I try to compel the viewer to want to look deeper at the imagery or at the movement within the composition.

I favor black and white compositions because they tend to be more mysterious and evoke a more serious response from the viewer.
