Illustrator, Painter..... I am at a very peaceful place when I am drawing and painting. I have attended art classes in painting and drawing on Cape Cod in a beautiful beach place called Wellfleet. The many art galleries in Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown are very inspirational to my artwork. I have also studied art, children's book illustration and writing at the University of New Hampshire. I love to paint with acrylic paints and gouache; however, I am always experimenting with different medium. I also like to do collage. I try many different techniques and medium. I have painted many, many, many cats, but also like to paint vegetables, fruits, flowers, horses, folk art landscapes….always trying to see what might develop….painting a message that “kindness matters”.
